Tom Mihaljevic, MD, is Chief Executive Officer and President of Cleveland Clinic, leading an $8 billion healthcare system that includes a main campus in Cleveland, Ohio, 11 regional hospitals, 18 family health centers, and facilities in Florida, Nevada, Toronto, Abu Dhabi, and London.
Dr. Mihaljevic previously served as CEO of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD), where he oversaw the opening of the 365-bed hospital and clinic, with 3,000 caregivers, in 2015. Under his leadership, CCAD expanded its treatment capabilities, built relationships in the private and public sectors, and established its growing reputation for clinical excellence, research, and education. From 2010 to 2015, Dr. Mihaljevic was chief of staff and chairman of the Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute at CCAD. He led a recruitment effort that drew 5,500 applications for 175 physician posts, and went on to launch the most advanced cardiovascular program in the Middle East.
Dr. Mihaljevic joined Cleveland Clinic in 2004 as a surgeon in the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery. He has performed almost 3,000 operations over the course of his career, specializing in minimally invasive and robotically assisted procedures, valve replacement and repair, image-guided surgery, heart failure and cardiac transplantation.
Brian Donley, MD is Chief Executive Officer of Cleveland Clinic London. Prior to this appointment, he was Chief of Staff (Medical Director) and Chief of the Clinical Enterprise for the Cleveland Clinic Health System beginning January 2015. Previously, he served as President of Regional Operations for the Cleveland Clinic Health System.
Dr. Donley is Professor of Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. He attended the University of Notre Dame, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, the oldest academic honour society in the U.S.
He graduated With Distinction from the University of Michigan Medical School and completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Michigan. He also attended Harvard Business School completing the Advanced Management Program.
Beth Mooney retired as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KeyCorp on May 1, 2020, with more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Ms. Mooney joined KeyCorp in April 2006. Prior to KeyCorp, Ms. Mooney was Senior EVP and CFO for AmSouth Bancorporation.
Ms. Mooney graduated from University of Texas and earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University. She has been recognized by Forbes as one of “The World’s 100 Most Powerful Women” and by Fortune as one of the Top 50 “Most Powerful Women in Business.”
Ms. Mooney is a director of Cleveland Clinic, AT&T, Ford Motor Company, and the Cleveland Orchestra.
Will Rowberry is responsible for the development and delivery of the Cleveland Clinic London commercial strategy including business development, marketing, communications and payor relationships.
Will has extensive experience working across the healthcare industry in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic London, he was a Director in the Healthcare and Life Sciences team at the Brunswick Group, was formerly Head of Corporate Finance at Circle Health and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Tommaso Falcone, MD is Chief of Staff, Chief Academic Officer and Medical Director of Cleveland Clinic London. He has over 20 years’ experience with Cleveland Clinic, most recently as Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine.
Dr. Falcone is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in general obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility, and by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of England ad eundem. Dr. Falcone was the senior author on the first publication in the world on gynecologic robot surgery and a member of the team that performed the first uterus transplant in the US.
Angela Rossi is responsible for providing strategic guidance and vision for the human resources and workforce planning functions. She has over 20 years of experience within the healthcare industry, spending a large part of her career with Bupa, both within the Cromwell Hospital and in global leadership positions.
Most recently Angela was UK Director of Human Resources at Schoen Clinic, where she oversaw the development and execution of its international strategy.
Dr. Jamanda Haddock trained at Oxford University and St Thomas’ Hospital London. She was a Consultant Radiologist at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust from 1994 to 2019, and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists.
From 2012 to 2018, Dr. Haddock was Lead Clinician for Imaging Services at the Wellington Hospital and a consultant on the Medical Advisory Committee.
From 2004 to 2011 she was Clinical Director for Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the Royal Free, where she also served as a member of the Clinical Advisory Board.
